Merge your tasks that are similar or work with the same data.

In early days of my carrier, I did tasks as they followed even if it meant to get back to the same sheet data few hours after I finished the first job. For example, once I had list of orders in e-commerce and the tasks were:

  1. get sum for every week
  2. find the most selling product in those weeks

When I realized it is stupid to do those one by one, I started to save time. Sometimes it was seconds, in some cases even hours.

Another example is what we did for our client. They were typing the same data into two websites. Once we found it out, we offered have done a "bridge". Our job was done for a few hundreds of dollars, but the client saved tens of hours of their time, which is worth many times more.

Beautiful process optimization, isn't it? We have made hundreds of those.

Every member of our team carefully watch parts of clients' processes and keep coming with great ideas for helping them.

Our Visions for Your Profit, it is not only motto, we literally do that. So let us create your next website project, you will get the same attention.
